Lexington real estate is very desirable. Besides its role in history, its proximity to Boston makes it a special town. I-95 runs through Lexington as well as Routes 2, 4 and Massachusetts Avenue.

Lexington is known as the birthplace of the American Revolution. Every year on Patriot's Day, a re-enactment of the Battle of Lexington takes place. This event has been going on for many years.

Lexington real estate is a little less diverse than other communities around the Boston area. Homes in Lexington tend to be on the higher end. Most single family home prices range from the low $400Ks to over $2M. Condominiums are mainly priced from the low $200Ks up to $1M. There are also a handful of multi-family properties available.

The Town of Lexington is bordered by Bedford, Lincoln, Woburn, Winchester, Burlington, Arlington, Belmont and Waltham.
